Wow, that thing looks sweet! $1.2 seems reasonable, depending on location. I know places down here where $1.2 buys you something that size, plus acreage.

Sure, not ultra-modern by any stretch, but I'm not going to turn that down. 8.66 acres, on a lake, with mountain views. Unfortunately, only a 2 car garage, but it does have a large apartment attached to it that you could potentially turn into more shop space!

That's a very cool house. I love that style of architecture. There's a couple houses near me that I like which are kind of similar. Only problem is, one of them has a glass garage door. Why would you want that?

You got me curious, so I looked in my area. Lots of overwrought McMansions with no style. Then I came across this listing .

At first I thought they were insane wanting 1.3mil for a 1,512 square foot house. Then I saw it was on 107 acres. Then I saw the garage...
